Welcome to tokn.trade, a crypto trading app owned by NFT Smasher LLC. These terms of service (the "Agreement") govern your use of tokn.trade (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Service. Use of Service 1.1 Eligibility. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and agree to keep your login credentials confidential. 1.4 Prohibited Activities. You may not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. Trading on the Service 2.1 Orders. You may place orders to buy or sell cryptocurrencies using the Service. You agree that all orders are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled. 2.2 Fees. NFT Smasher LLC charges fees for the use of the Service. The fees are subject to change at any time and will be posted on the Service. 2.3 Risks. Trading cryptocurrencies carries risks, and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any losses that you may incur as a result of trading on the Service. You acknowledge and agree that NFT Smasher LLC is not responsible for any losses that you may incur as a result of trading on the Service. 2.4 Availability. NFT Smasher LLC may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that NFT Smasher LLC is not responsible for any losses that you may incur as a result of any suspension or termination of the Service. Intellectual Property 3.1 Ownership. NFT Smasher LLC owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights associated therewith. 3.2 License. NFT Smasher LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for the sole purpose of trading cryptocurrencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFT Smasher LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; or (e) any errors
